Unix Command line
Light System Administration (Linux Web Servers and Internal File Servers, Mac computers)
Version control software (SVN/git)
Adept with image management (fireworks, photoshop)
Ability to examine a website project and offer suggestions for improvement
Excellent people skills
and an Eye for good design
Object-oriented javascript/jQuery
Flash
AJAX
Module development experience with open-source content management systems like Drupal or Wordpress
eCommerce, Magento
Network management experience is a plus
